Ian Spencer Holt is a Publisher, Producer and actor and is a partner in Grenadier Productions & Publications. He is also a playwright and wrote 'Medium Rare' which was published in 1997. He is co-author of 'Tales for a Long Flight' being published in 2010. He is now involved in various film productions and still writes short stories. He lives in Sussex.
