Karl Dall was born on February 1, 1941 in Emden, Germany as Karl Bernhard Dall. He is an actor, known for 床上的四重奏 (1968), Sunshine Reggae auf Ibiza (1983) and Die ProSieben Märchenstunde (2006). He has been married to Babara Dall since November 19, 1971. They have one child.

Singer of the comedy music group "Insterburg & Co." in the 1960s and the 1970s. As he developed the music show Musikladen (1972), they often performed on German television and became very popular.

Due to his aggressive humor, he often caused controversies on his talk-show Dall-As (1985).
