Frank Randle was born on January 30, 1901 in Wigan, Lancashire, England as Arthur Hughes. He was a writer and actor, known for Somewhere in Civvies (1943), It's a Grand Life (1953) and Somewhere in England (1940). He was married to May Annie Victoria Douglas. He died on July 7, 1957 in Blackpool, Lancashire.
